strategic & operational responsibilities across Tata Group such as Tata Industries, Indian Hotels, Tata Motors, Tata Donnelly etc, Vikram transitioned to entrepreneurship mid-career by launching Helicon Consulting.
Alongside charting the course for Helicon to become one of the most respected strategy consulting firms of the country, Vikram is also a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor. He has launched successful tech & non-tech ventures and was also a co-promotor of one of Indias first professional motorsport company.
Vikram routinely delivers strategy lectures at business seminars, is a routinely published policy & business columnist in national media. He was also the Consulting Editor of Dalal Street Journal – the country’s oldest investment magazine and has been on the academic governing bodies on educational institutions like Symbiosis Skills University and Jagdish Seth Institute of Management ( JAGSOM previously IFIM).

Pradeep Pal
CA Pradeep Pal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & an MBA with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Prior to taking partnership responsibility at Helicon & managing & operating one of central India’s best known CA firm PSAC he has held several leadership responsibilities in the Industry that included board positions & country Director responsibility at the leading German engineering MNC, Vossloh AG.
Pradeep brings to the table extensive knowledge of M&A, strategic & tactical financial management, corporate governance, forensic audit, business controlling, Project Management, Ind AS, IFRS, commercial & labour laws.
A deeply responsible citizen he is involved in several social initiatives in central India.
Subodh Jindal
Over 30 years in the industry he has had leadership roles like Executive Director at 3M and Managing Director India at Stanley Black & Decker. He is a 6-Sigma Black Belt & a ICF certified executive coach.
Mr. Mahendra Shrikhande
With over three decades of leadership experience across global energy value chain he brings deep expertise in upstream gas production, LNG operations, refining optimization, and integrated energy strategy across a wide spectrum of energy assets.
His core strength lies in bridging technical hydrocarbon systems expertise with strategc & commercial business models & lead transformational strategies across the energy sector.
