Vikram Limsay
Founder & Principal Consultant
Vikram Limsay leads a team of dynamic and passionate consultants at Helicon. Though Vikram’s corporate and entrepreneurial journey spans 30 years it is the variety of experiences rather than the number of years that he prefers as the measure of his experience.
Being a Tata Administrative Service (TAS) alumnus, he has worked with some of the biggest brands and corporations in India in key strategic and operational roles. Alongside charting the course for Helicon to become one of the most respected strategy consulting firms of the country, Vikram is a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor. He has created and exited a tech start up, runs one the country’s leading lifestyle cycling companies, ProCycle, and has co owned a motorsport company in the past. An avid sports enthusiast, Vikram routinely delivers strategy lectures at business seminars and is a hobby columnist. He was also the Consulting Editor of Dalal Street Journal – the country’s oldest and well respected investment magazine and has been on the academic governing bodies on educational institutions like Symbiosis Skills University and Jagdish Seth Institute of Management ( JAGSOM previously IFIM)

He has also co-promoted and currently serving as Managing Director of Proethic Consultants Private Limited, Raipur which is a Business Process Management / Outsourcing Solutions Company.
Currently occupying the Position of Chairman, Bhilai Branch of Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2022-2023.
He has also served Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI as Secretary in 2004-2005.
He is Director in Sparsh Multispecialty Hospital Private Limited which is running 125 bedded Sparsh Hospital at Bhilai.
He is also a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
He has worked with a German Multinational, Vossloh AG in their Indian Operations for almost 15 years in various positions such Chief Financial Controller – Indian Operations, CFO Indian Operations and CEO of an Indian Subsidiary of Vossloh AG.
He has also served as Board Member in the two Indian subsidiaries of the Vossloh AG for almost 10 years.
He has served as Special Invitee to the Ethical Standard Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi for the year 2019-2020 and was also nominated as Expert Member in Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI – Chhattisgarh Group in the Year 2017-2018.
He has also served in the past as one of the Panelist in the Finance Panel of CII, Chhattisgarh.
He has extensive Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic & tactical Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Forensic Audit, Business Controlling, Project Management, Ind AS, IFRS, Commercial and Labour Laws. He has worked to create a high-performance environment with a highly visible leadership commitment to quality in all verticals.
